Does AnswerMate integrate directly or through a third-party connector?

For most popular platforms — including ServiceM8, Cliniko, LEAP, and HubSpot — AnswerMate connects directly via API. For software not on our native list, we integrate through Zapier or a custom webhook, which covers thousands of additional tools.

Will the integration work in real time or with a delay?

Native integrations push data in real time — typically within seconds of the call ending. Zapier-based integrations depend on your Zapier plan but are usually near-instant on paid plans.

Can I customise what data is sent to my software?

Yes. During onboarding we configure exactly which fields are captured during the call and how they map to fields in your system. If you need a custom field in ServiceM8 or a specific tag in HubSpot, we set it up.

My software is not on the list. Can you still integrate?

Very likely yes. If your software has a Zapier integration or accepts webhooks, we can connect AnswerMate to it. Contact us and we will confirm before you sign up.

Is there an additional cost for integrations?
