Why we started AnswerMate.
We started AnswerMate in 2025 after watching Sydney small businesses lose thousands of dollars a month to missed calls. Customers were ready to book, but no one picked up — and voicemail was quietly killing the pipeline.
We didn't want to ship another DIY chatbot. We wanted to build something hands-on — where our team designs the call script, integrates with your existing tools, and keeps refining the conversation based on real customer calls.
Today we work with law firms, clinics, restaurants, trades and other small businesses across Sydney and Australia who want the phone answered properly, every time.
